construction & procurement process
We are ready to execute the design. Now is when the construction begins, and we order our products and decorative installations.
build & purchase
With our design and selections complete (or very close to completion), we begin the construction phase. Our team is in communication throughout the process, as we revise any drawings, and answer on site questions relating to our design intent. There may be some surprises along the way - but if we have planned everything well, we can mitigate these with ease, and keep the project moving smoothly, on time and on budget.
You will approve purchase orders for all of the items we have selected. We manage this process, and keep everyone updated on progress and lead times. All items are inspected for quality and adherence to the design as they are delivered and warehoused. Once our construction punch list is complete, we move to the final phase of the interior design: installation day, and the realization of your exceptional new spaces.
